Credit Use Policy of nexos.ai

This Credit Use Policy forms part of the agreement you have with nexos.ai. By assessing or using nexos.ai you agree with this Credit Use Policy.

Types of Credits

Credits are consumer specific monetary value that is used to pay for the use of our Services (“Credits”). Seat Credits are allocated to you upon purchasing a subscription plan or entering into a separate agreement with us. When you exhaust your Seat Credits you may use additional credits that you may purchase at any time prior or during your subscription. We may also offer bonus credits as part of our promotion or during sign up for the Services.

Terms

Credits issued by nexos.ai are non-refundable. Credits may only be used while the Customer maintains active subscription. Seat Credits resets every month. Unused additional credits roll over to the next month and may expire after six months. If any additional credits remain unused at the time a subscription ends, those additional credits will be suspended and reinstated upon renewal of the subscription within 6 (six) months or as otherwise stated in separate agreements. You can check the number of Credits associated with your nexos.ai account at your Billing page. Customers may not transfer or sell Credits to any other person or entity.
