We are building a world-class, AI-driven B2B analytics SaaS. Built from scratch as a core product, it defines a new generation of marketing analytics within Tesonet Group.

You’ll join while core architecture, data flows, and engineering principles are actively being designed, with the opportunity to take real ownership and shape how the product is built and how teams collaborate.

The platform is built around intelligent automation, real-time data processing, ML modeling, and large-scale distributed systems, with AI deeply embedded at its core. By working with complex data, we deliver a powerful self-service analytics experience that enables faster, smarter marketing decisions.

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our SaaS analytics platform. You will work closely with a small team of backend, research & development, and data professionals to define, prioritize, and deliver features that empower B2B customers with actionable insights and a seamless self-service experience.

Main Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for our analytics platform.
Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with engineering and data team members to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
Make data-driven decisions on feature prioritization, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
Track product metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain a healthy product backlog.
Lead, mentor, and develop the product team, fostering a collaborative culture while managing performance, career growth, and resource allocation.

Core Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in a SaaS or B2B environment. Ideally, with exposure to AI, ML, or data-driven products.
Strong understanding of analytics, data products, or marketplace platforms.
Experience working with web, backend, or data teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs.
Fluent in English and Lithuanian, both written and verbal.

Salary

Gross salary 5500 - 7300 eur/month
We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills, experience, and potential impact.
This position is eligible for a stock option plan which will be discussed during the final steps of the process.
