Join the AI revolution. We’re building an all-in-one AI platform to help teams do their best work and automate every routine task you can think of. We’re looking for problem-solvers to turn powerful AI into an easy, no-code tool for teams everywhere.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead AI/ML innovations.
  • Hands-on work trying out new concepts, AI frameworks and tooling around them for different use cases - Evaluations, Agents, RAGs, Guardrails, Proxies & Gateways, and other solutions.
  • Evaluate new LLMs, and assess for performance, cost, and other metrics.
  • Work with product development teams - from discovery to delivery.
  • Build Proof of Concept solutions internally (nexos.ai product) and externally (customers and partners).
  • Act as GenAI expert for Product development.
  • Bonus: act as AI evangelist to promote the adoption and understanding of AI both within and outside nexos.ai.

Core Requirements

  • Strong record of work on AI/ML projects in production.
  • Professional expertise in building Python applications; designing, executing, and maintaining AI systems.
  • Good understanding of different AI developer frameworks and tooling.
  • Background in proprietary or open-source LLM usage for text, embeddings or multi-modal use cases.
  • Expertise in prompt engineering and evaluation techniques.
  • Curiosity and inner drive to stay on top of the market.
  • Sense of ownership and accountability, capable of planning your work effectively.
  • Get Things Done attitude, mixed with a creative approach when needed.

Bonus Point

  • Experience building Agentic systems or RAGs.
  • Deep expertise in data science methodologies, ML algorithms, and NLP techniques.

Salary Ranges

Gross salary is 4000 - 7000 eur/month.
